Shipping and Tracking
In-stock items ship within 2-4 working days; In the event that the item is out of stock, a member of the African Creative team will be in touch with 24hrs via email. The lead time for dispatch is usually between 1 and 3 weeks.
We ship all our products from Alberta, Canada You will receive your tracking number via email immediately upon shipment.
Local orders are dispatched with Canada Post or a courier service. Delivery within 2-3 days of the dispatch date.
For international orders we can offer DHL courier, or registered international airmail. Please email danielle@african-creative.com for rates. These rates are NOT included in the prices shown.
